I wanted to create a piece that symbolized a piece of magic - like magic dust and a sense of spring. The piece is also a portrait of one of my good old friends. It is made as a sewn collage of fabric where the colors are phototransfer on to cotton and freestitch embroidery. The original piece is sold.
