This piece is from my fine-art edition of Tigerwoman. There are 200 pieces in the
size 30x40 cm and 100 pieces in the size 50x100 cm.
Story behind the creation.
In this motif, I’ve had a desire to portray a kind of taming of a tiger. An image of love
that closely borders on dominance. With this piece, I wanted the atmosphere to
evoke the 1920s in its expression.
I also created a small handfull of original versions of this motif, all featuring used
chocolate wrapping paper surrounding the woman and the tiger, but with both the
animal and the woman appearing in many different colors, so that no collage are
quite the same. Pic. nr. 3.
