An original sewn collage in collaboration with DRC Danish refugee Council.
I will make up to a maximum of 30 doves in between two sizes. Either 50x50 cm or 95x95 cm. Signed and numbered on the backside. These collages will of course vary a bit in their appearance. Price on request
Story behind:
A dove was released by Noah In the story of Genesis and when it came back it had a freshly picked olive leaf in its beak - its was a symbol of peace and a message that the flood had subsided. This piece is made as a pray for peace and I will make as many as up to 30 of these originals. I’m collaborating with DRC Danish refugee Council, which means that 10% of the Peace dove’s profit, will be donated to the organization. DRC Danish refugee Council spread their donations equally to all refugees in Denmark - Ukrainians, Syrians and all the other groups of people seeking shelter from war or personal persecution
